Our Safeguarding Officer is Ainslay Swindells. Ainslay is the mother of one of the club's gymnasts and has undergone training from Scottish Gymnastics to carry out the role of Safeguarding Officer on behalf of the club.

Making a complaint:
Any complaint should be made in writing and should contain specific details including dates and times, the issue and names of any witnesses.
Complaints surrounding unsafe practice or child protection issues should be addressed to the Safeguarding Officer (SO), above.
Complaints connected with club management, payments, or other club matters should be directed to the chairperson - clare@dgc2k.co.uk
Complaints about coaching should be directed to the Head Coach - bea@dgc2k.co.uk
Responding to a complaint:
The Safeguarding Officer, Chairperson or Head Coach should respond within 5 working days, acknowledging receipt of the letter, explaining the process and confirming the timescales which will be followed.
