Your DGC2K LoveAdmin Account: Club administration is run through the LoveAdmin system. Every member of the club has a LoveAdmin account that can be accessed from this Web site, dgc2k.co.uk, 3rd item on the menu. Once your email address has been entered into the system you will be sent an email asking you to log in and set up a password. When you log in you can fill in your child's details such as date of birth and also your emergency contact details. Communications from the Club to the members is via Email, using the email addresses in the LoveAdmin system.
Codes of Conduct and Terms and Conditions: To be a member of DGC2K you need to agree to the Codes of Conduct and the Terms and Conditions of the Club. When you log in to your DGC2K LoveAdmin account, you will need to agree to the Codes of Conduct and the Terms and Conditions.
DGC2K TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DGC2K Payments: Monthly fees are paid by Direct Debit from the LoveAdmin system. Once you have logged in to your LoveAdmin account and filled in all the required fields and agreed to the Codes of Conduct and the Terms and Conditions, you will be able to set up payments. Payments are on the top blue bar. Here, you can see all your payments and set up, or cancel, Direct Debits to pay your monthly and annual fees and other club bills. These payments appear as LoveAdmin/ London & Zurich in emails and bank statements.
DGC2K Monthly Fees: The monthly fees are worked out over a year as a total and divided equally over the 12 months. Monthly fees are due in advance and are paid by Direct Debit set up on your LoveAdmin account. Fees are due monthly in advance and are non-refundable regardless of attendance. If you are leaving the club, please email clare@dgc2k.co.uk so that your direct debits can be cancelled, or cancel your direct debits yourself from the LoveAdmin system or from your bank. If you do not tell us you are leaving the club, and you do not cancel your direct debits, your fees will continue to be taken and are not refundable.
DGC2K Annual Membership: The annual membership for Dundee Gymnastics Club 2K is a flat fee of £24 for all gymnasts and runs for 12 months. This helps pay for administrative costs of the club, courses for the coaches, and other club costs. It is not refundable for parts of the year not attended. DGC2K will bill you directly using the LoveAdmin direct debit system each year.
Scottish Gymnastics Annual Membership: Dundee Gymnastics Club 2k is affiliated to Scottish Gymnastics - it is our governing body. It is compulsory for all gymnasts to have membership of Scottish Gymnastics as this provides the insurance for the club, the coaches and the gymnasts.
SG Membership fees must be paid when your child starts sessions in the club. You need to register and pay Scottish Gymnastics online, on the Scottish Gymnastics web site. Scottish Gymnastics Annual Membership is not refundable, is not pro-rata and is due on 1st September each year.
If you are just joining DGC2K, you are covered for the first 2 sessions but thereafter you need to have a current Scottish Gymnastics membership.

Toddlers under 2; you can't buy a membership – Parents are responsible for their under-2yr-old children in the toddlers class and the club is covered for public liability. Please buy a membership as soon as your child is 2.
Preschool is from 2 to 5 yrs-by-1st March 2020. The system will determine by age whether it is preschool or general membership that you buy irrespective of whether your child is in a preschool or Entry class.
Bronze Recreational/General membership; This includes all the; Entry Level, Intermediate, Gymstars and also the Floor and Vault performance group, Development Tumble and pre-comp groups.
Silver Competitive membership; All the performance Women's artistic groups at the McTaggart, the Performance Tumble groups (not development) and boys performance group.
If in doubt pay for Bronze recreational membership £22 and upgrade later in the year if your gymnast is infact competing in one of the grades competitions (WAG, or MAG) or NDP competitions (Tumble).

Competition Fees: These are paid by the club in advance before the competition closing date. They are then re-charged to the gymnasts by direct debit.
Unfortunately, no refund of competition fees or coach's expenses (where required) can be given, this includes being ill, no show, deciding not to compete, the coaches deciding that the gymnast shouldn't compete. Coaches' Expenses are usually only applied for national / international competitions and are divided by the number of gymnasts entered for the competition.

- Follow the coaches’ instructions at all times, respect them and their decisions.
- Show respect to fellow club members and opponents at all times.
- Dress appropriately for training and competition with hair tied back and watches/ jewellery removed. Bring tape if you cannot remove ear studs.
- Treat all equipment with respect.
- Do not eat or drink during training sessions without the consent of a coach.
- Do not use bad or inappropriate language.
- Do not use mobile phones during training except as a training tool in cooperation with the coach.
- Do not leave the training area without the consent of the coach.
- Use social media responsibly and in a positive fashion. Do not post anything derogatory or hurtful about the club or any of its members.
DGC2K CODE OF CONDUCT FOR COACHES AND VOLUNTEERS
- Follow all guidelines laid down by the Club and Scottish Gymnastics, in particular the Scottish Gymnastics Code of Practice for Coaches and Officials.
- Hold appropriate valid qualifications and insurance cover.
- Develop an appropriate working relationship with participants and parents based on mutual trust and respect.
- Display consistently high standards of behaviour, language and appearance.
- Communicate openly and regularly with gymnasts’ parents keeping them abreast of their development.
- Set a good example to gymnasts by displaying a positive attitude and exemplary behaviour.
- Encourage gymnasts to value their personal improvements and performance and not just results.
- Avoid the use of mobile phones during training, except in emergency circumstances or as a coaching tool.
- Use social media responsibly and in a positive fashion. Do not post anything derogatory or hurtful about the club or any of its members.
DGC2K CODE OF CONDUCT FOR PARENTS / GUARDIANS
- Encourage your child to learn the rules (code of conduct) and participate within them.
- Help your child to recognise the value of making progress through working hard as opposed to just good results.
- Never punish or belittle a child for poor performance or making mistakes.
- Set a good example by recognising good sportsmanship and applauding the good performances of all.
- Ensure your child brings a water bottle and healthy snacks for training and competition.
- Be punctual at drop off and pick up and keep the club informed if your child is ill or unable to attend sessions.
- Endeavour to establish good communications with the club and coaches for the benefit of all.
- Share any concerns or complaints about any aspect of the club through the approved channels and use correct and proper language at all times.
- Pay any fees for training, membership and competitions or events promptly.
- Use social media responsibly and in a positive fashion. Do not post anything derogatory or hurtful about the club or any of its members.
